Getting too brave

Monday night, we put Sarah in her crib to play a bit while Karen and I were cleaning up her room a bit. She managed to pull herself up to a standing position using her crib rails. She's been doing this a bit already, but we finally realized that we need to drop her mattress a bit so she doesn't flip out over the top. I lowered the crib and all is well now.

Last night, however, she decided to see what it would be like to do a face plant off the couch at Todd and Megan's house. One of her toys fell to the ground, and before we knew it, she was going after it and fell off the couch. She was shaken up, but not hurt. I guess we need to keep these things in mind now that is really moving around quickly and freely.
